Right of withdrawal

The period

You have 14 days from the day you, or a person you name, take physical possession of the goods. Where an order is delivered in parts, the period runs from the last part.

To meet the deadline it is enough that you send your decision before the period expires. You do not have to give a reason.

The exception for opened product

Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene cannot be returned once the seal is broken. A biocidal product is such a good.

In practice: an unopened bottle in its original seal can be returned within the period. A bottle that has been opened or used cannot. This follows Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU and its implementation in your country.

If a product is faulty, this exception does not apply. Faulty goods are covered by your statutory conformity rights, which are separate from and additional to the right of withdrawal.

How to withdraw

Tell us clearly, before the period ends, that you are withdrawing. Email info@affixlabs.com with your order number, or send the model form below. A parcel returned without notice is harder for us to match to an order and slower for you to be refunded.

We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal without delay.

Returning the goods

Send the goods back without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of telling us you withdraw. You bear the direct cost of returning them.

You are liable for any reduced value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.

Your refund

We refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost of the original order, without undue delay and within 14 days of the day we are told of your decision. Where you chose a more expensive delivery method than our standard one, we refund the standard cost.

We may withhold the refund until we have the goods back, or until you show evidence that you have sent them, whichever is earlier.

The refund goes to the payment method you used, and costs you nothing.
